Choose one of three brightness settings to fit your preferences/monitor settings. Default settings are recommended.
Take a look at the example screenshots to see what these settings do.

Installation:

1. Choose one of the three folders and choose your patch.

2. Replace the "enbseries.ini" config file with the one from your GTA IV main folder.

3. Done.

You can also tweak the brightness at night by yourself by editing the "NightLightingIntensity=" value in the [ENVIRONMENT] section from enbseries.ini's config file.
You can even do this ingame in realtime by holding shift + pressing enter once to open the enb menu. Don't forget to save to keep your changes.

Note:

Brightness changes doesn't apply to any kind of rainy weather at night on patch 7/8/EFLC for unknown reasons.

In case you use the AMD fix from the optionals folder or one of the graphic settings options, you'll lose your chosen night brightness setting since all of these things
are replacing enbseries.ini's config file. However you can still tweak the "NightLightingIntensity" value from enbseries.ini manually afterwards.
